We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, eligible items can be returned for store credit.


🕒 Return Window:

Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Return packages postmarked after 14 days will not be accepted.


✅ Return Requirements:

Items must be:


  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of makeup, deodorant marks, stains, perfume, or pet hair
  • Tags must still be attached



🚫 Non-Returnable Items:


  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Jewelry, hats, or accessories
  • Bodysuits, swimwear, or intimates
  • Gift cards



💵 Refund Method:

All approved returns are issued as store credit (via digital gift card).


📦 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.


📬 How to Return:


  1. Email us at satinandoak25@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm your return and provide the return address.
  3. Ship your item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.
  4. Once received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.



🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.
