We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, eligible items can be returned for store credit.
🕒 Return Window:
Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. Return packages postmarked after 14 days will not be accepted.
✅ Return Requirements:
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of makeup, deodorant marks, stains, perfume, or pet hair
- Tags must still be attached
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Jewelry, hats, or accessories
- Bodysuits, swimwear, or intimates
- Gift cards
💵 Refund Method:
All approved returns are issued as store credit (via digital gift card).
📦 Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
📬 How to Return:

- We’ll confirm your return and provide the return address.
- Ship your item(s) back within 14 days of delivery.
- Once received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can make it right.
